Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as check payment and debit card payments. We implement a 3% processing fee on all transactions using a credit card.  To avoid this fee, you may use a debit card or check.  

Payment is due at the time treatment is given (unless other arrangements have been made in advance). Payment arrangements for larger treatments are determined at the time of treatment planning. Please remember, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks from the time they receive your claim. As a complimentary service, we will process all dental insurance claims for you to ensure your maximum reimbursement.  Please call our office if your insurance payment is not remitted within this time frame.
